The Board of Township Trustees holds open public meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday each month at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level meeting room of Township Hall.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

This Board meets publicly once a month (unless no hearings have been requested). The meeting date is the third Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the lower level meeting room of Township Hall.

ZONING COMMISSION

The Commission meets publicly once a month (unless there is no business to conduct). The meeting date is the first Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level meeting room of Township Hall.

TOWNSHIP CLEAN-UP

Three times per year residents are provided with free disposal of household trash including appliances. The Township absorbs the cost of appliance freon removal. Disposal of tires is permitted provided they are cut into four pieces. No vehicles, yard trash, paint, brush or combustible items are permitted. Containers are provided on Township Hall property and maintenance personnel are available for extended hours to assist residents with disposal of items.

Clean-up weeks during 2008 will be April 14, July 21 and October 6.

The clean-up runs Monday through Friday. While the Dumpsters are accessible 24 hours a day during these weeks, township personnel will be available to provide unloading assistance during normal working hours. Brush drop-off for residents is available during daylight hours from March through November at the township property located at 310 South Bridge Road. The only items accepted are branches and limbs.
