The Danbury Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting, on August 3, 2010 at 419 S. Bridge Road, Marblehead, OH beginning at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present: Mr. David M. Hirt, Mr. Charles B. Scott, and Ms. Dianne M. Rozak.
Also present: Mike Meisler, Shelley Seamon, Fritz Roberson of The Collaborative Inc., Dorey Fox of The Collaborative Inc. and Rita Mahler.
The purpose of the meeting was to meet with representatives Fritz Roberson and Dorey Fox of The Collaborative Inc., to review the current floor plans and provide input for the interior design for the remodeling of the building at 419 S. Bridge Road.
The meeting focused on updates implemented to the floor plan which the furniture and files were added. The data electrical and mechanical needs were being addressed by the engineer. What interior and exterior changes were needed to provide adequate security, lighting and ADA accessibility? Regarding the two electrical boxes in the back bays code issues were being investigated. Alternatives discussed were to have a generator, changing the exterior siding, what electrical work would be needed for signage in the front of the building, and adding an entrance door at the end of the stair well to the first bay. Dorey Fox, of The Collaborative Inc., presented four finishing schemes to complete the interior design of the building. The color scheme, carpets and type of ceiling tiles were decided.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
