The special meeting of the Danbury Township Board of Trustees held June 3rd, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. was called to order by President Ms. Dianne M. Rozak, with Ms. Rozak, Mr. David M. Hirt, and Mr. Charles B. Scott in attendance. Also present: Fiscal Officer Shelley Seamon and Police Chief Mike Meisler.
The purpose of the meeting was to meet with Fritz Roberson representative of The Collaborative Inc. to discuss renovations at the landscape building for the new police department.
Visitors at the meeting were: Brad LaMarca and Brian Sloan.
Mr. Roberson presented three floor plan options based on a sketch which was submitted by Chief Mike Meisler. The floor plans were prepared keeping the construction and demolition of the existing landscape building to a minimum to streamline cost.
There was discussion of each option and it was decided that option 3-A would provide the most functional space. Floor Plan A-3 will be updated based on the input from Chief Meisler and the board.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
